Doctors' telephone hours
The doctors can be reached by telephone every morning between 8.00 and 9.00. Call during this time to have test results, health related questions or if you are in need of an urgent appointment.
Appointments for other consultations are made via the website or during the secretaries' telephone hours between 9.00 and 14.00.
The secretaries' telephone hours
The secretaries' telephone hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The secretaries may be busy with blood sampling or other tasks, which may therefore result in a shorter waiting time (- even if you are number one in the queue). During the lunch break between 12.00 and 13.00 and after 14.00 we refer to our emergency telephone number: 51910710.
Consultation types
Consultations with the doctors or nurses can be ordered either by telephone, via the website's menu item "contact the clinic" or the app "My doctor". 15 minutes are set aside for most types of consultations, including the time the doctor has to spend on record keeping.
Acute consultations are of shorter duration, and therefore, as a general rule, no other questions than the acute problem can be raised.
Consultation after working hours
On Wednesdays, the clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The consultations in the late afternoon are intended for patients who, due to their work, do not have the opportunity to come during the clinic's regular opening hours.
Home visits
It is possible to have make an appointment with the doctor in your home. Home visits are only for elderly, frail patients who cannot make their way to the clinic themselves.
